ignitai: Convert PDF to CSV ai

关于这款应用

ignitai simplifies financial data entry by converting unstructured documents like receipts, invoices, and bank statements into clean, usable spreadsheets. The app supports iOS and macOS, allowing users to scan documents via camera, select PDFs from Files, or share directly from Mail and Safari. Instead of relying on fixed templates, users can specify required fields (e.g., “store, date, total”) using natural language, which the AI processes to generate accurate tables.

Key features include batch processing for multiple documents, real-time verification tools that let users compare extracted data with original pages, and automatic detection of empty columns. The app provides transparency on usage costs before conversion begins and allows cancellation without charge. Organizational tools such as color-coded projects, pinned files, and full-text search help manage large volumes of financial records. Documents are processed locally for text extraction, with AI building the spreadsheet structure on servers, while image storage remains on the device unless deleted. A free trial covers up to four pages, with subsequent subscriptions offering weekly page limits and optional top-ups.
