1. Add your documents. Scan with the camera, pick photos, or choose PDFs from Files. From Mail, Safari, or Files you can also send a file straight to ignitai.<br />
2. Say what you need. Tap a starter (Invoice, Receipt, Table, Form) or type it: "store, date, items, and total." Your saved instructions are one tap away next time.<br />
3. Open your spreadsheet. Check it on screen, then share it as CSV or Excel.</p>

• Open the original page while you check the table<br />
• Tap an amount column to see its total, so you can compare with the paper<br />
• Row numbers and copy for quick checks, plus sorting on iPad<br />
• If a column came back empty, ignitai tells you, instead of you finding out in Excel<br />
• Excel files hold real numbers, so totals add up the moment you open them<br />
• Failed or cancelled? Tap Convert Again. Your pages are kept, so no rescanning.<br />
• A password-protected PDF is named, never silently skipped. Your original file is never changed.</p>
<p>No forms, no fixed columns. You describe what you want and the AI works it out. The reading happens on your device with Apple's built-in text recognition. On iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 it understands table layout too, which sharpens receipts and invoices.</p>

<p>HOW YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE HANDLED<br />
Your device reads the text on each page and sends that text to our servers, where the AI builds your spreadsheet. The page images stay on your device. Your finished files are stored in your account, and signing in with Apple lets you open them on your other devices. Delete any file, or your whole account, from inside the app at any time.</p>
<p>Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
