Remove BG – Background Remover

关于这款应用

Remove BG is a photo editing utility developed by TROSTUN LTD for iOS and macOS that specializes in isolating subjects from their original backgrounds. The application offers two primary methods for extraction: an automated AI mode that identifies people, animals, plants, and anime characters to produce high-quality cutouts with smooth edges, and a manual mode allowing users to outline and erase specific areas based on personal skill. Beyond simple removal, the tool provides built-in options to replace the removed background with solid colors, facilitating the creation of images suitable for passports, ID cards, and official applications. The extracted images can be saved as transparent PNGs or customized graphics for use in stickers, photomontages, product showcases, podcast covers, and social media profiles like Instagram displays or YouTube thumbnails. The workflow involves uploading an image, initiating the removal process, selecting a new background or transparency, and saving the result directly to the gallery. The developer markets the app as a free solution requiring no complex editing skills, positioning it as a quick alternative to professional software for repurposing visual content.
