Eris.

इस ऐप के बारे में

Eris is an iOS application designed to provide private, offline artificial intelligence assistance directly on iPhone and iPad devices. Unlike cloud-based services, Eris utilizes Apple’s MLX framework to run large language models entirely on the device hardware, ensuring that user data never leaves the local environment. The app supports a variety of open-source models including Llama 3.2, Qwen 2.5, DeepSeek R1, Gemma 2, Phi 3.5, and Mistral, allowing users to select models based on their specific needs such as reasoning, coding, or multilingual tasks.

Key features include complete offline functionality requiring no internet connection, a one-time download model with no recurring subscriptions, and optimization for Apple Silicon performance. The interface includes dark mode support and haptic feedback for enhanced interaction. Users must have an iPhone XS/XR or newer with an A12 chip running iOS 17.6 or later. Storage requirements range from 2GB to 8GB per downloaded model. Recent updates have added support for iOS 26 Liquid Glass design elements, reasoning model visualization, and enhanced markdown rendering capabilities.
