Castmates: AI Characters

इस ऐप के बारे में

Castmates is a private, on-device AI application designed for interactive character storytelling that operates exclusively on iOS devices. Unlike many AI services that rely on cloud servers, Castmates processes all conversations locally, ensuring user data remains on the device without requiring account registration or internet connectivity. The app features a curated cast of 32 hand-crafted characters spanning eight genres, including companions, romance, fantasy, sci-fi, anime, historical, mystery, and adventure. Each character maintains narrative continuity by summarizing past sessions to recall previous interactions. Users can engage with 96 ready-made scenarios or create fully custom characters with specific personas, tones, and avatars. The core value proposition centers on privacy and autonomy, as the model never sends data to external servers or uses it for training. While the base experience includes access to the full cast, an optional Pro upgrade offers unlimited messaging and custom character generation capabilities.
