Syncode – AI Coding Tool

Acerca de esta app

Syncode is a cross-device application designed for developers who need to maintain coding workflows across different platforms. By pairing an iPhone with a macOS companion app, it creates a continuous development environment where users can initiate or continue project tasks on their mobile device.

The tool functions as an AI coding assistant that orchestrates context-aware conversations and task management. Key capabilities include session management with preserved context, allowing users to switch between multiple projects seamlessly. An approval workflow ensures safety by letting users review commands and code patches before they are executed on the Mac.

Security is prioritized through local pairing via QR codes or one-time codes, token authentication, path sandboxing, and audit logs. The app supports remote development scenarios, enabling quick fixes, checks before code reviews, and handling urgent tasks from a phone. It requires both devices to be on the same local network, with AI configuration handled by the Mac host.
