Phone AI: Your AI Receptionist

Acerca de esta app

Phone AI is a communication tool designed to automate call handling for individuals and small businesses. It provides a real phone number that can be used independently or by forwarding existing lines. The application uses artificial intelligence to answer incoming calls, allowing users to customize the assistant’s voice and greeting instructions. Key features include spam and robocall screening, capturing caller details such as name and urgency, and automatically booking meetings on Google Calendar based on real-time availability. Users receive push notifications containing clean text summaries and full transcripts of conversations immediately after calls end. The app distinguishes between VIP contacts and strangers, offering different handling protocols. It also supports call recording where legally required. Privacy is emphasized, with data processing handled securely and user control over data deletion. The service operates on an auto-renewing subscription model that includes a monthly minute allowance and the assigned phone number.
