MeinMagenta is the official utility app by Telekom Deutschland GmbH for managing mobile and fixed-line accounts. It allows users to monitor remaining data volumes, book DayFlat or SpeedOn passes, and check Prepaid balances including minutes and SMS quotas. The app supports three recharge methods: instant top-up, code redemption, and automatic reloading. Users can access monthly invoices to track payments and credits. Network management features include configuring Telekom routers and Wi-Fi extenders, viewing connected devices, adjusting security settings, and troubleshooting errors. The Magenta Moments loyalty program offers exclusive benefits. Support includes a digital assistant “Frag Magenta” for contract and billing queries, and an AI section powered by Perplexity for general questions. A home screen widget displays data usage instantly. The app requires iOS 17.0 or higher.
