Inbox AI

Acerca de esta app

Inbox AI is a productivity and automation application for macOS designed to streamline digital workflows through artificial intelligence. The app allows users to build custom voice commands, create conversational agents, and establish AI-based email processing rules. Key functionalities include filtering junk emails based on user preferences, such as ignoring specific sender types, and automatically extracting actionable tasks from incoming mail to send them to integrated applications like Reminders, Notion, Tana, and Obsidian.

The software emphasizes user control over data privacy by supporting both cloud-based and privacy-first on-device AI processing. Mail processing and transcription occur fully on-device when configured. Inbox AI supports integration with Ollama, OpenAI, and Anthropic models. Users can also capture selected text or screenshots from any screen location, such as Slack or Teams, and link the app with Raycast using x-callback powered QuickLinks for seamless cross-application automation.
