Echos AI Transcription

Acerca de esta app

Echos is a voice-to-text application developed by JAN3 LLC (A1 Lab) designed for speed, privacy, and freedom. The app utilizes lightweight AI models that run entirely on the user’s device, ensuring that audio data and transcriptions never leave the hardware or connect to external servers. This architecture eliminates the need for user accounts, subscriptions, or data sharing, making it a fully offline solution.

Key capabilities include support for more than 65 languages, allowing users to transcribe speech in various tongues accurately. Users can organize their work into sessions, edit notes directly within the interface, and share transcriptions to other messaging applications. For enhanced security, Echos offers an incognito mode and encrypts all stored notes. The software is open-source, inviting community contributions and improvements. It targets students, journalists, podcasters, and general users who require quick, professional-grade note-taking without compromising personal privacy.
