DJI Mimo

About this app

DJI Mimo serves as the dedicated companion application for DJI handheld stabilization devices, bridging the gap between hardware capture and final output. The app allows users to connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to remotely control Osmo devices, offering a real-time viewfinder for precise framing. Beyond control, it functions as a comprehensive mobile editing suite. Users can import footage directly from the device or local storage to create multi-track videos featuring subtitles, stickers, effects, and music. A key feature is the Story mode and AI-driven automation, which analyzes clips to identify highlight moments and suggests matching templates for one-click video generation. The interface includes educational resources for camera operation, facial recognition tools for enhanced self-portraits, and a library of filters, transitions, and audio assets. Recent updates have refined the visual interface, added specific holiday watermarks, introduced Live photo collage features, and improved automatic highlight detection for compatible action cameras like the Osmo Action 6.
