KEY FEATURES

• Instant In-Image Translation
Translate text directly inside any image on any webpage with a single click. Torii automatically erases the original text and overlays the translation seamlessly onto the image.

• Warp & Photoshop-Style Editing
Fine-tune your translations directly in the browser. Customize fonts, colors, line spacing, and rotation. Use Warp Mode to bulge, stretch, or bend text to fit complex sound effects (SFX) and dynamic speech bubbles.

• Vertical & Oriented Text Support
Read vertical languages naturally. Torii supports vertical top-to-bottom text layouts (essential for Japanese and Chinese translation) and automatically rotates translation boxes to match the angle of the original text.

• Smart "Speech Bubbles Only" Mode
Translate only dialogue. Enable this mode to focus purely on speech bubble text, preventing background noise, scenery signs, or unrelated text from being translated.

• Context-Aware Translations
Avoid pronoun and name consistency mistakes. Torii passes contextual summaries from previous pages to subsequent translations, maintaining a coherent story flow as you read.

• Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) & Local Self-Hosting
Take control of your translation costs. Connect your own API keys from top providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, and Grok) or connect to your own self-hosted local model (using tools like LM Studio) for completely free translations.

• Powerful Scanlation & Batch Tools
Use Global Editing to adjust font sizes or styles across multiple images at once. Translate entire PDFs, crop specific sections of your screen to translate, and export all translated pages together as a ZIP file.

• Vibrant Font Library & Custom Uploads
Choose from a curated selection of comic and manga fonts (including WildWords, Shonen, and Heroika) or upload your own custom .ttf or .otf font files directly.
